I could have filled the entire site with Basic Punching and Kicking Drills plus all manner of Combinations but, have found in my experience that people have the most trouble remembering  The Following 1) Basic Trapping Drills, 2) The Various Hubud Drills and  3) Basic Stick Drills, so as it is my intention to help as many people as possible through these pages i have included 12 of the most basic drills to help the budding Jan Fan, Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Stick Enthusiasts i have set them out in Photograph Form but on each page i have included a choice of you downloading them as an Animation or an MPEG,  of course nothing takes the place of actually being in a class with a Qualified Instructor and getting "The Feel" but i hope this helps you to "Remember" the 12 basics shown here, There are many many more drills each building a different attribute or skill, once you have learned any drill, and become familiar with it until it flows without thought you must remember "The Truth Lies Outside Of All Fixed Patterns"  (Bruce Lee) Check out the lists below each drill and experiment with them  Remember you are only limited by your own Imagination.   there's a set of general Guidelines we follow 1) Learn the Technique  2) Practise the Technique  3) Master the Technique  4) Functionalise the Technique  5) and Maintain.
