Number Six,
"Double Pak, Punch, Trap and Sut Sao"
in the photographs on
the left is Karl Tanswell on the right is Steve Powell

from
the attached position (within the nucleus) |
Karl first traps
Steve's lead hand barrier with his left hand

and, then with
his right hand as he throws his left punch
Steve responds
with a rear hand barrier

to stop Steve
countering with a left back hand off his rear hand barrier Karl's right
hand moves into position to trap it (this the half way position)
this is the
completion of the right hand trap and Karl's left hand has changed
from the punch to the Sut Sao (palm down knife hand strike) to hit Steve
in the throat

Karl then slides
the Sut Sao hand down to pin Steve's hands to his body (this is the
half way position)
with Steve's
hand successfully pinned Karl simultaneously delivers the right punch

Karl slides
back
then both Karl
and Steve re attach so the trapping drill can continue
